Artlantis Studio adds animation and VR capabilities to the other rendering functions of Artlantis R.Artlantis Render (also known as "Artlantis R") provides still-image renderings using radiosity, multiple core performance, and drag-and-drop ease of use for applying surface shaders and textures.By exporting an updated model which refers to the reference file (typically the last saved Artlantis version), all scenes, lighting, object insertion, shader changes, etc are merged into the updated model seamlessly. ARCHICAD users can continue to modify their model even after they have set up scenes in Artlantis thanks to the 'reference file' technology of Artlantis. There is an extra-cost option to render using a built-in version of Next Limit's Maxwell engine for a physically accurate render. The most recent version of Artlantis includes HDR image (HDRI) backgrounds and illumination as well as a physical camera interpretation of the scene. Post-processing filters allow for not just exposure adjustments, but also artistic effects. It is developed by the French software company Abvent Among the features of Artlantis are a real-time preview window that shows radiosity (illumination), textures, shadows, reflections, dynamic clouds and water surfaces and more, allowing real-time drag-and-drop scene setup and preview. Oh! one more thing, how can i create my own material library in cycles? i have lots of textures and its kind of boring to apply them to a material for every projects.Artlantis is a popular and easy-to-use rendering application for ARCHICAD and other CAD software. My question is: can it be done with blender? and if yes how would it be? Anyway, right now we model all in archicad and then we export it into artlantis, the good thing about artlantis is that it lets you save all your scene configuration (materials, lights etc) giving you the chance to have someone modeling and someone else rendering, similar to “filelink manager” from autodesk, that way you import your model and all materials are already applyed. The idea is to introduce into my office of architecture new rendering solutions and cycles seems to fix perfectly (well it probably needs lots of improvement before getting to the same level as other rendering engines). I’m trying to figure how to make this two software work together in a smooth way.
